Our Story
A burden to reach beyond the walls.
Church Xtended was not birthed from a strategy. It was birthed from a burden — a longing to see the Gospel carried beyond Sunday gatherings and into homes, workplaces, friendships, and everyday life.
We began with a small group of believers convinced that the Church was never meant to be a building people visit, but a family people belong to and a movement people carry. A people gathered around Jesus, formed by His Word, sent by His Spirit.
From those early gatherings, a quiet conviction grew: that authentic community, deep discipleship, and Spirit-led mission still change cities. That ordinary believers, walking together, can shape homes, communities, and nations for the Kingdom of God.
Today, Church Xtended is a growing family of disciples — worshipping together, opening homes through House2House, serving the city, raising healthy families, and reaching beyond the walls with the love, truth, and power of Jesus Christ.

What began as a small gathering around prayer and the Word has grown into a spiritual family carrying the Gospel beyond the walls.
2019
The Burden
The Lord placed a burden on Pastor JP Fero to launch into deeper waters — to extend ministry beyond traditional walls and disciple a people for the Kingdom.
2020
The Beginning
Church Xtended began in a living room around prayer, worship, and the Word. Later that year, gatherings launched in Midrand as a spiritual family formed.
2021
The Formation
House2House communities, Xtended Worship, and discipleship pathways took shape — building the relational and spiritual architecture of the church.
Today
The Movement
A growing family of disciples reaching beyond the walls — worshipping, serving, sending, and carrying the Gospel into homes, communities, cities, and nations.
